Anusara Yoga is rooted in traditional Hatha yoga postures with a focus on alignment, strength, and stability. In an all inclusive environment, Michele will teach you to refine your poses, work with your own body's capabilities, and explore the integration of body, mind, and breath.  

All levels welcome. Props provided.  Just bring your yoga mat and an open mind!
