This 8-week Series is designed for people over 50 who want to improve their core strength and flexibility. As we age, we naturally lose strength and flexibility. Targeted yoga, practiced intentionally and safely, can reverse that trend. Through this series you will increase your core strength and your flexibility, which in turn helps to decrease risk of injury. All levels.

Anusara Yoga practice is rooted in traditional Hatha yoga postures with a focus on alignment, strength, and stability. You will be taught how to refine your poses, work with your own body's capabilities, and explore the integration of body, mind, and breath. All levels welcome.
Props provided. Just bring your yoga mat and an open mind!
Introductory: $15 for 2 classes
Drop-In: $15
6-Class Pass: $75 (exp 4 mos)
